Health Partners Group Homes Inc. is designed to provide rehabilitation services through community re-entry programs.  The Grand Home of Marshall, located in the historic town of Marshall Michigan offers a comfortable family setting in a beautiful Victorian home.

 Often when the client is discharged to home it is a very stressful situation that may affect the client’s ability to continue their progress and independence.  It is at this point that clients often regress and may develop behavioral problems that can have a negative effect on their family dynamics.  The Grand Home of Marshall recognizes that each client is a unique individual with specific needs.  We offer a choice of residency plans that includes short or long term placements.

Maintaining the client’s independence and level of participation while supporting their efforts in activities of daily living remains our focus and primary goal.

Our medical team is comprised of a physician of Physiatry Medicine that directs the care of each client.  A Registered Nurse Administrator coordinates all aspects of daily operations of the residence.  Other members of the team may include Speech Therapist, Social Workers, and Activity Specialists.  All of our Rehabilitative Direct Care Workers attend a State of Michigan approved rehabilitation training program focused on working with the brain and/or spinal cord injured client.
