Head-to-Head Part 2: CPAN's Side of Auto No-Fault Reform

John Prosser II offers his perspective on the campaign to "dismantle the finest system in America" as once described by Mr. Kuhnmuench himself.  The biggest point of contention is the MCCA's unwillingness to show any evidence that their fund, which is estimated to be worth almost 16 billion dollars, is not sustainable.  Prosser asserts that the MCAA's refusal to release the long-form data, despite a court order to do so, suggests that there is no evidence to back up their claim that the system isn't sustainable and therefore needs adjustment.
