After satisfactory completion of the Health Partners pre-employment screening and evaluation process, the staff member is required to attend an in-office specialized training course designed specifically for our client needs.

Following the in-office orientation, the employee will have a client specific home orientation and the caregiver will then be evaluated for proficiency in the delivery of the client’s care by a Registered Nurse.
